Indoor activities

Prepare your own Thai meal in our kitchen.

For people who like to stay out of the sun (or rain), we organize indoor activities. How about a real Thai cooking course, or a workshop on Thai language and culture? These courses and workshops are done by the staff of TCDF Eco-Logic and can be attended by both adults as kids. Thai cooking
Learn how to prepare the delicious Thai food by yourselves. The menu you will prepare will  discussed with you beforehand. If you book the course on Fridays, you can visit the local market before your course, to get an impression of the things you will be using. During the course you will learn about all ingredients, you'll cut, slice and prepare the ingredients, cook them and in the end: eat and enjoy your own made Thai meal.

You will prepare dinner for all people present at TCDF Eco-Logic when you do a cooking course with us. Your teacher: the TCDF Eco-Logic cook.

Thai culture and Thai language
Master some Thai language, so you can have a simple conversation while travelling. And learn something about the culture, traditions and the Do's and don'ts of Thailand. It will be very helpfull understanding and communicating with Thai people during your stay and traveling in Thailand.
